4 easy steps to your customized jewelry
1. Consultation
Share a dream/picture/idea/inspiration with us over the email, phone or better still face to face at our office/showroom. We will discuss various options and use of materials. We will then forward the requirements to our Factory.
2. Sketch
In the next few days, we should be providing you with a CAD or Hand rendered Sketches detailed down to every dimension, stone, curve and angle with a Price Quote . We keep adjusting the design until you see exactly what you want.
3. Review
After your final approval we can start the production and will give you a delivery date based on the design, which usually ranges from 3 to 5 weeks. In some cases, we might need a deposit depending on the understanding we have and amount of the project.
4. Craft
Your custom design is created by our master jewelers and artisans under strict Quality control. You also have the option of adding a engraved message or a brand name/logo on the piece. While your piece is polished and perfected we will send you the image and information of the possible date for pick up or delivery.
